About the Position
The Clinic Coordinator serves as the face of the clinic for clients and their families and supports the clinical team by flexibly serving multiple functions at our Center for Autism Services. You’ll be successful if you are a strong communicator, can work independently, and have the ability to manage a moderately complex and fluid schedule for both staff and our clients. You’ll also need to have, at minimum, a cursory level of understanding of the services we provide at our Center, including our outpatient rehab services. In addition to these critical aspects, you’ll need to be comfortable being the main point of contact for ensuring the clinic is cleaned, safe, and well stocked with the supplies and items that it needs to run well on a day to day basis. You will be fully supported in this role as our entire team contributes daily and we have an operations team that provides support and guidance with regards to what needs to be done.
