Nicole received her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in May of 2020. Her undergraduate degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders, English, and minor in Psychology are from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. Nicole's clinical interests include feeding & swallowing, literacy, and early intervention for speech and language disorders. Nicole is also passionate about involving herself in the community, she co-founded Buhos, ESL classes for adults in Illinois and worked as an interviewer and biographical author for the Arab and Muslim Women's Research and Resource Institute. Nicole is new to the Hood River area and is excited to experience all it has to offer including hiking, kayaking, and biking in the beautiful scenery.
