A pediatric feeding disorder is a condition in which a child is unable or unwilling to take in enough nutrients to stay healthy. Feeding disorders are common in children—some 25% of healthy kids have a feeding disorder. That number jumps to 80% in developmentally delayed children.
At Play Works, we work closely with children, parents and primary care providers so that everyone involved has the information they need to make meals a healthy, enjoyable and fun experience together.
